The Empire controls every corner of Auropa and a large portion of the sea surrounding it. Though the Empire is under the control of one man, thousands of Lords govern the cities, towns, and territories of Auropa. These lords are first elected by the people and then selected by the Emperor. Those who are elected go through a rigorous test by the Emperor himself to see if they are worthy enough based on their knowledge, intelligence, wisdom, integrity, and righteousness. Should the Emperor approve of their authority and leadership, they then earn the title of Lord. These Lords rule and govern till the day they die; however, those who have earned the title of Lord gratefully accept their duty every day to take care of the Empire's people and lands.

The Emperor is a powerful and immortal man who cares for his citizens' well-being and their future. The law and justice system in the Empire is incorruptible as any high-ranking government officials caught in corruption for their gain were punished severely. Thankfully this seldom happened. The lack of corruption, a high standard of education, an abundance of luxuries/goods, and the unity between the people caused the crime rate to be almost non-existent with the extremely rare cases of murder or rape had the guilty executed.

Around 400-million citizens of the Empire inhabit Auropa, and fifty percent are human. Twenty percent are made up of Elves, and another twenty percent are made up of Dwarves. The final ten percent is split between the Draph and Hobbits. With advances in technology, medicine, politics, economics, education, and magic, every member of the Empire lived fruitful lives with excellent physical and mental health along with the reassurance to not have to worry about their basic needs. On average, each race in the empire lives for around 300 years, thanks to alterations made to each race long ago.

While the citizens of the Empire enjoyed their lives of plenty and luxury, a strong military presence was necessary to defend Auropa from the forces of evil outside of their continent. Every male citizen had to spend a minimum of two years of their life, after the age of 18, in military service. The first year of their service was training, which was challenging, rigorous, and stressful. Still, when young men left the training phase, they became hardened soldiers able to take down waves of goblins or beastmen and have the ability to bring down an ogre or even a giant single-handily. Along with well trained and well-supplied troops, the Empire's weaponry was deadly and had no match. Humans had the best swords, spears, and other melee weapons, while the Elves made the best bows, arrows, and other non-gunpowder-based projectiles. Dwarves, of course, made the best gunpowder firearms and artillery. The Draph provided the best armor, and even the Hobbits helped out with making rations have a longer shelf life while also designing the uniforms for each soldier based on their job and race. After training, Imperial troops would regularly patrol Auropa and also acted as the Empire's police force. If patrols were not being made, the average soldier would be training and was always vigilant.
