In a faraway star system, millions of years ago was a planet where large ferocious creatures and beasts lived. The beast continuously fought and devoured each other while, at many times, killing out of their own sadistic nature. However, the planet was destroyed by a supernova vaporizing the entire world except for one lone chunk of rock. This rock carried with it a cocooned alien creature far more powerful than its adversaries. It slept for its entire duration within the meteorite till one day it would land on a planet that was hopefully filled with life.
The meteorite would find its way to Earth, and upon entering its atmosphere, the creature inside would awaken, sending out a large blast of energy out over the continent where it was landing. Of course, this continent would be Africa, and the blast of energy would set off the nukes and heighten their devastating power. The creature crashed into the Earth and survived the blast of the nuclear warheads. While the nuclear fallout killed most lives in the continent, the alien creature would only become stronger by it—any survivors in the continent, whether animal or human, was now its prey. The alien monster could not be more content than to have a hellish world as its hunting grounds with frightened yet scarce prey.
